Based on point 3.1, clause 3, Section III of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the Director-General of Vietnam Social Security:

• The subjects implementing the administrative procedure 'Settling the enjoyment of Health care and recovery regime benefits after illness, maternity, occupational accidents, and occupational diseases' are organizations.

• The agency implementing this administrative procedure is the provincial/district Social Insurance.

• Applicable cases include:

+ Employees who have taken sick leave for the required period within one year as regulated, including employees suffering from long-term illnesses listed in the List of diseases requiring long-term treatment issued by the Ministry of Health, within 30 days of returning to work without full recovery of health.

+ Female workers after the maternity leave period, within 30 days of returning to work without full recovery of health.

+ Employees participating in mandatory occupational accident and disease insurance after stabilizing work-related disability due to occupational accidents or diseases, with a disability level of 15% or more, within 30 days of returning to work without full recovery of health.
