Lookup Utilities: Searches for social insurance numbers, social security offices, medical facilities that issue sick leave certificates for social insurance purposes, healthcare providers contracted for insurance-covered services, participating entities, and contribution collection agents.

24/7 Online Support: An automated chatbot, a hotline 1900.9068, an email, and an FAQ section.

News and Information: News from Vietnam Social Security system (sourced from the VSS Portal); policies and regulations regarding social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; user guides for the application; guidance on using public services and online payment services.
