Based on the provisions in Clause 2 of Article 1 and Point a, Clause 1 of Article 12 of the consolidated document No. 28/VBHN-VPQH dated December 7, 2020, issued by the National Assembly Office on the Law on Health Insurance, in cases where foreign workers are citizens working in Vietnam, if they work under an indefinite labor contract or a fixed-term labor contract of 3 months or more, they are subject to health insurance participation.
