On the afternoon of March 31, 2026, the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy organized an expert seminar on the theme of "Orientations for Reforming Social Insurance (SI) Policy in the New Context." The seminar aimed to provide a theoretical and practical basis for finalizing the Project for the mid-term review Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW, dated May 23, 2018, of the 12th Central Executive Committee on reforming SI policy.
