Based on point 1.6, clause 1, Section I of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security, the procedure for implementing this administrative procedure is as follows:

Step 1. The employer chooses to submit the file in one of the following forms:

• Prepare an electronic file, sign it digitally, and submit it to the VSS portal or through I-VAN or through the National Public Service Portal.

• Through the Postal Service.

• Submit directly to the file reception department of the provincial, district-level social security agency, or at the Service Center for Social Insurance of all levels.

Step 2. Receive the results according to the registered forms.
