Based on point 1.6, clause 1, Section I of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the Director-General of Vietnam Social Security:

• The time limit for resolving 'Suspending contributions to the retirement and survivorship fund according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 01, 2021 of the Government' is: not more than 04 working days from the date of receiving a complete file as prescribed.

• The result of resolving the administrative procedure 'Suspending contributions to the retirement and survivorship fund according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 01, 2021 of the Government' is shown through: Decision on suspending contributions to the retirement and survivorship fund (Form No. 01 issued with Circular No. 1988/BHXH-TST dated July 08, 2021).
