How are the rights of organizations and individuals to carry out administrative procedures regulated?

According to Article 6 of Decree 01/VBHN-VPCP on implementing the one-stop-shop mechanism and connected one-stop-shop in resolving administrative procedures, organizations and individuals have the right to:

a. Be guided in preparing documents, document reception, receive Document receipt and result appointment;

b. Refuse to carry out requests that are not stipulated in legal documents governing administrative procedures;

c. Reflect, propose to competent authorities on the unnecessary, unreasonable, and illegal nature of administrative procedures;

d. Reflect, propose, complain, denounce officials, civil servants, public employees when there is a basis, evidence proving that the guidance, reception, resolution, result provision of administrative procedures do not comply with legal regulations and other related law violations;

e. Other rights as prescribed by law.
