Based on point 11.1, clause 11, Section III of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security:

• Deadline: “Settling the transfer of benefits to another locality for individuals receiving monthly pensions, health insurance benefits, and individuals waiting for monthly pensions” is carried out immediately upon receiving the documents.
• Results of “Settling the transfer of benefits to another locality for individuals receiving monthly pensions, health insurance benefits, and individuals waiting for monthly pensions” are manifested through:

+ Notice of payment of pensions, health insurance benefits (Form 23-HSB)

+ Notice of receiving documents for waiting for monthly pensions/benefits (Form 15B-HSB).
