Answer:

You are granted a health insurance card for the near poor households by the state, therefore, when you go for medical care (including normal delivery or cesarean section), you will be covered by the health insurance fund as follows:

- In case you go for medical care at primary level as prescribed or have an emergency with showing your health insurance card and a valid photo ID (in case of referral, you will have a referral paper for medical examination by health insurance as prescribed): The health insurance fund pays 100% of the medical expenses for medical care within the scope of the health insurance benefits and your level of health insurance benefits.

- In case you go for medical services at out-of-service area: the health insurance fund covers 60% of the inpatient treatment costs within the scope of the health insurance benefits and your level of health insurance benefits at the provincial hospital; 40% of your inpatient treatment costs within the scope of health insurance entitlement to your health insurance benefits at the central hospital; 100% of your inpatient expenses within the scope of HI entitlement and your coverage of health insurance benefits at the district hospital.

About enjoying the maternity allowance: To enjoy the maternity allowance, you must be the object of participation in social insurance under the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance.
