Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, Section II of Circular No. 11/LDTBXH-TT dated April 7, 1997 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, persons engaged in IV, V, VI categorized occupations or work in the lists of extra-heavy, -harmful, -hazardous occupations or work and heavy, harmful, hazardous occupations or work issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are entitled to social insurance regimes if earning salary during that period under the regime of extra-heavy, -harmful, -hazardous occupations or work and heavy, harmful, hazardous occupations or work and pay social insurance premium during the time.

However, you do not provide details about the probationary period of time for a heavy, harmful, hazardous occupations or work and the salary regime during the period, therefore, it is recommended that you contact the social insurance agency where you are participating in paying social insurance premium for a specific answer.
