According to the provisions of Circular No. 56/2017/TT-BYT dated December 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Health detailing the implementation of the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Safety and Hygiene, Labor in the health sector, the health assessment determines the decrease in working capacity to enjoy social insurance for the employees who are working, introduced by the employer and for the employees who are reserving the time of social insurance payment or the employee has decided to leave awaiting settlement of the monthly retirement regime or monthly allowance, which the employees themselves request to the Board of Medical Examiners of the province where the agency or unit that introduces the assessment request is located or where the employee resides.
