The social insurance Law stipulates that the employees will be granted the lump-sum social insurance allowance if they settle abroad.
In case you go abroad but the social insurance agency can not timely issue the lum-sump allowance for you, you can carry out authorization procedures for your mother to receive it.
The authorization procedures include making a power of attorney form certified by the People's Committee of your local authorities or making a notarized power of attorney contract.
In case you have to make a power of attorney form in foreign country, please go to the Embassy of Vietnam to certify your signature and complete the procedures.
