My social insurance premiums have been paid by the company since August 2018. In November 2019, I gave birth and enjoyed the maternity regime. I have been back to work since April 2020 until now. Now I am pregnant and expected to give birth in April 2021. Then if I quit my job now for health reasons (I do not have the maternity leave plan of the competent medical authority), will I be entitled to maternity regime at the time of delivery?
So far, my company that I'm working in has paid the social insurance premium for me of the following months: February, March, April, May, June, July, August and September (they did not pay the social insurance premium for me in June 2020 because I had morning sickness). My due date to give birth is January 27, 2021 (also the hospital expects my birthgiving day to be February 3, 2021). Currently, the company is cutting on the number of employees and said that as I am pregnant, the workdays cannot be guaranteed. The company terminated my labor contract on October 1, 2020. If so, can I enjoy maternity regimes? If yes, what are the needed procedures in the dossier? Thank you very much!
Here is the case: After receiving lump-sum social insurance allowance, I did not go to work. After 1 year, I went back to work and the company then paid the social insurance money for me, but I lost my book and it was already re-issued by the company. Then they kept the book to enter information and did not return until March 2020, when I quit my job, the company requested me to submit the social insurance book for closing but I did not keep it and they told me that they could not find it. So can my book be re-issued for the third time in this case? The company informed me that they have closed my book and have a separate insurance sheet, so will I be eligible to receive the lump-sum social insurance allowance again in the future?
In 2013, I worked in Hanoi for 3 months and my social insurance premiums were paid by the company, but when I quit my job, I forgot to get the book back. In 2015, I worked in Dak Nong and the company paid my social insurance premiums for 2 years and a half. During my leave at this company, I went there to get the book back in order to pay the voluntary social insurance premium and they informed me that I have not consolidated the 2 payment processes. And then the consolidating cannot be implemented due to problems of updating data on the software and they told me to wait. So, was the answer I got from the district social insurance agency correct, and if yes, how long does it take for my case to be consolidated?
I have worked at FPT Retail for nearly 3 years. During the time, I participated in social insurance at the company. Due to objective factors, I suddenly quit my job at the company. I have not been confirmed to have quit the company and they did not confirm. What do I need to do if I want to get back my social insurance book to continue paying?
Currently, I am using a health insurance card with a subject code of an "Enterprise". Then if I want to convert the object code from "Enterprise" to “TS” (Relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution who are own parents, spouses or children of matyrs and people who bring up matyrs), what are the needed documents and procedures? Please give me guidance on this.
I have been paying social insurance premiums at company A for 1 year and now I moved to company. Do I continue to pay accumulatively or do I have to start counting the payment again from the beginning? Thank you.
