So far, my company that I'm working in has paid the social insurance premium for me of the following months: February, March, April, May, June, July, August and September (they did not pay the social insurance premium for me in June 2020 because I had morning sickness). My due date to give birth is January 27, 2021 (also the hospital expects my birthgiving day to be February 3, 2021). Currently, the company is cutting on the number of employees and said that as I am pregnant, the workdays cannot be guaranteed. The company terminated my labor contract on October 1, 2020.
