Here is the case: After receiving lump-sum social insurance allowance, I did not go to work. After 1 year, I went back to work and the company then paid the social insurance money for me, but I lost my book and it was already re-issued by the company. Then they kept the book to enter information and did not return until March 2020, when I quit my job, the company requested me to submit the social insurance book for closing but I did not keep it and they told me that they could not find it. So can my book be re-issued for the third time in this case? The company informed me that they have closed my book and have a separate insurance sheet, so will I be eligible to receive the lump-sum social insurance allowance again in the future?
