According to the labour law, the such employee must notify the employer at least 45 days prior to the termination of a labour contract without a definite term. In September 2018, the Viet Nam Social Security (VSS) would preside over the 35th ASSA Board Meeting (ASSA 35th) in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province after four successful ASSA Board Meetings in 1999, 2002, 2005 and 2010.
