The results of a recent survey by Viet Nam Social Security with Japanese FDI enterprises in Viet Nam show that ensuring social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees in general and employees working in FDI enterprises in particular is becoming increasingly important and urgent in the context of frequent fluctuation in labor markets and social security needs. Ensuring rights and social security regimes in the Japanese FDI enterprise sector is very important; in addition to ensuring and improving the quality of life for employees, it is also one of the factors that determine the Enterprise success through increasing labor productivity and improving competitiveness, contributing to promoting the country's socio-economic development sustainably. The simultaneous implementation of solutions to reform administrative procedures in recent times has brought practical benefits to participants in general and to Japanese FDI enterprises in particular. In particular, the implementation of the VssID-Digital Social Insurance application is a step that truly fits the administrative reform and digital transformation requirements of Viet Nam Social Security, bringing practical benefits to employees.

Also based on that awareness, Viet Nam Social Security always accompanies and is ready to share difficulties with FDI enterprises, including Japanese enterprises, through determination in solving social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes for employees. Regimes and policies for employees are always guaranteed by the Viet Nam Social Security promptly and fully, helping employees feel secure in production, thereby contributing to promoting the development of each enterprise.
