To amend, supplement several of conditions, procedures supporting employees, employers facing difficulties due to Covid-19

On Nov 6th 2021, PM issued Decision 33/2021/QĐ-TTg on amending, supplementing several of articles of Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg on implementing several of policies on supporting employees, employers facing difficulties due to Covid-19.

Accordingly, Decision 33/2021 amends, supplements several of the following contents:
Specifically, the support condition is that employers paid enough social insurance premiums or suspend contribution to pension and survivor fund till the the end of Jan 2021 and they are affected by Covid-19 which leads to reducing from 10% labors participating social insurance at the time of submitting the suggestion record compared to Jan 2021.
(It was regulated before that employers affected by Covid-19 contributed enough social insurance premiums or suspended contribution to pension and survivor fund till the end of April 2021 reduce from 15% employees participating social insurance)
Specifically, enterprises submit the record under regulation to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs where the headquater is placed or employers register to contribute to employees’social insurance.
Meanwhile, Decision 23 only regulated that the record is submitted in the headquater of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Noteworthly, enterprise could submit the record on suggesting support in different periods suitable for business and production condition and labor ultilization. Employees have support on education, training once under this policy.
Besides, this new Decision also amends, supplements the sample 02 on Plan of education, training, improving vocational qualification and skill and maintain employment. Accordingly, employees have support on education, training one time under this policy. Employees who suspend contract, quit job without enjoying salary submit record on receiving support but if they could not have agreement on document because of pandemic, employer and employee have other agreement forms such as: phone, message, email…
