Accordingly, on Oct 29^th 2021, Information Technology Center shall adjust VSS’ public service portal , digital VssID-BHXH application to use email in stead of messages including:

• To notify successful confirmation on submitting personal electronic registration record (including registration of children)
• To notify account, password when VSS approves the account registration record via electronic transaction.
• To notify OTP code
• To notify successful confirmation on submitting the record of personal infomation adjustment.
• To notify the unit/person on electronic transaction being submitted and resolved by VSS.

In case people haven’t had email to register electronic transaction, social security of provinces shall inform and guide people to supply email to receive notification, OTP when electronic transaction is performed with VSS agency at the function Account Information on VSS’ public service portal.
