Under the 2024 Law on Health Insurance and the Government’s Decree 188/2025/NĐ-CP, from Jul 1st 2025, HI participants must present HI card and ID card under the 2 following ways:
VSS
Sickness
Work Injury and Occupational Disease
Survivor’s
Old-age
Maternity
Unemployment
Medical (Health Insurance)
Certificate of coverage
VSS - ISSA Guidelines on Social Security
