How are the time limit and result regulated for the administrative procedure 'Settling the enjoyment of Occupational disease benefits for employees detected with occupational accidents and diseases after retirement or cessation of work'?
Based on point 4.4, clause 4, Section III of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the Director-General of Vietnam Social Security:
• The time limit for 'Settling the enjoyment of Occupational disease benefits for employees detected with occupational accidents and diseases after retirement or cessation of work' is a maximum of 06 working days from the date of receiving a complete file as prescribed.
• The result of resolving the administrative procedure 'Settling the enjoyment of Occupational disease benefits for employees detected with occupational accidents and diseases after retirement or cessation of work' is shown through:
+ Decision on monthly or one-time Occupational disease benefits (Forms 03C-HSB, 03D-HSB) and Decision on providing funds for the purchase of medical equipment, orthopedic devices (Form 03P-HSB) (if any).
+ The contribution history (Form 04-HSB).
+ Health insurance card for cases of leaving work to enjoy monthly Occupational disease benefits.
+ Subsidies.
