Organization; considering the proposal of the VSS Board of Commissioners and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Prime Minister decided to transfer and appoint Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park under the Ministry of Science and Technology to hold the position of Deputy Chair Commissioner of VSS Board of Commissioners.

The Minister of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the VSS Board of Commissioners, the Minister of Science and Technology and Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong are responsible for the implementation of this decision. Decision No. 1390/QD-TTg takes effect from the date of signing.

Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong:

- Born: April 12^th, 1978.

- Qualification: Graduated from University of Civil Engineering, majoring in Bridge and Road Construction, regular system; graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration, majoring in Administrative Studies, in-service system; Master of Business Administration (Hanoi University of Science and Technology); Doctor of Economics (National Economics University).

- Senior political theory.
