Accordingly, the purpose of the plan is to: Organize to thoroughly, seriously and effectively implement the Project "Propagandizing, disseminating and educating about the law on anti-corruption in the period of 2019-2021" for officials, civil servants, officials and employees (hereinafter referred collectively to as civil servants and employees) of the social insurance industry. Ensure that the law dissemination and education is maintained regularly and continuously, renewing contents and forms of legal education dissemination in the field of anti-corruption.

Create strong changes in awareness in observance, studies and learnings about laws on anti-corruption and ethical integrity and compliance with laws on prevention against corruption among civil servants and public employees of the Sector; contribute to preventing and limiting law violations; actively improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption work.

At the same time, uphold the responsibility of the heads of the unit in: leading and directing the anti-corruption work; prevent and handle violations of the legislation on anti-corruption.

The plan has the following contents: Organizing, strengthening and improving the capacity of the contingent of reporters, law propagandists on anti-corruption. Thereby, reviewing the list of legal reporters of Vietnam Social Security; Based on standards and practical requirements, to propose the Minister of Justice to consider and decide to additionally admit or dismiss the Central Law rapporteur. Dispatch legal rapporteurs to attend training courses to update anti-corruption policies and laws organized by the Ministry of Justice.

Propagating, disseminating and educating about the law on prevention and fight against corruption and ethical integrity for civil servants and public employees, ensuring that 100% of civil servants and public employees will propagate and popularize the legal education on anti-corruption.

Building specialized pages and categories; news, articles, pictures, posters, slogans with the theme of anti-corruption and building ethical integrity on the Portal/website of Vietnam Social Security, Portal/website of social insurance of Provinces, Cities, Social Insurance Newspaper, Social Insurance Magazine.

Incorporate anti-corruption content into the training and retraining programs for civil servants and employees of the Sector, ensuring that by the end of 2021, 100% of the sector's training and retraining programs will contain policies and laws on anti-corruption and ethical integrity.
