Feeling glad because she is now living in a nice and clean house on the family's own land lot, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tho said that for many years her situation was classified as a poor household, her health also declined, and she no longer had ability to work. Therefore, even though her house was in a slump, she was not able to repair it. "Every time it rains, I am worried about using rainwater collecting tools, as 10 raindrops outside equals 3 raindrops in my house. Thanks to the care of social insurance agencies as well as the authorities at all levels, I now have a new house, which have some electrical appliances. Despite heavy rain and wind, I do not have to go to neighbors' houses to stay anymore" - Mrs. Tho shared.
