The target is to reach 50% of people receiving retirements, social insurance, funeral costs, and survival benefits,... via non-cash payment methods in urban areas.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall direct related organizations and units to communicate, guide and support beneficiaries to receive subsidies through non-cash payment methods, ensuring the non-cash payment ratio reaches at least 10% and 30% in urban areas by the end of 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Striving to put Viet Nam’s business environment and competitiveness into the ASEAN top 4; contributing to the implementation of the Government's Resolution on socio-economic development.
