According to the Official Dispatch No. 3977/BHXH-PC, VSS requires units to proactively and flexibly conduct activities, basing on practical conditions, in response to Vietnam Law Day. Activities shall focus on the following main contents:

Activities in response to Vietnam Law Day focus on integrating, linking with the dissemination, popularization, and extensive communication of core contents, expressing the spirit, viewpoints, and directives of the Party and State leaders on Socialist Rule of Law State, building, perfecting institutions, and enforcing laws.

Forms shall be conducted so as to ensure appropriateness, practicality, strengthening propaganda and visual communication; conducting activities to disseminate legal education towards the grassroots, strongly applying information technology, digital transformation and communication on the Portal/Website, media, loudspeakers, etc. and the other consistent forms.

In addition to the slogans mentioned at the Official Dispatch No. 3515/BHXH-PC, the VSS’ Office and Social Security Offices of provinces and cities shall select some core contents in articles and directives of the Party and State leaders as communication messages and slogans, specifically:

(1) Transforming the thinking of law-making in the direction of both ensuring state management requirements and encouraging creativity, unleashing all resources for development.

(2) Strictly abide by the Constitution and the law, respecting, ensuring, and protecting human rights and civil rights.

(3) Each Party member is an important factor in spreading the spirit of democracy and upholding the Constitution and the law to the people.

(4) Each citizen who is conscious of upholding the Constitution and the law will create the strength of the nation.

(5) Making practising thrift and combating waste become "self-conscious", "voluntary", "daily food, water, and clothing".

(6) Focus on institutional and development breakthroughs.

(7) The People are the center and subject of all Party’s policies and guidelines;

(8) Determine stronger breakthroughs in institutional development, removval of bottlenecks and barriers, and take people and businesses as the center.

(9) the Law-making must take the people and businesses as the center and subject, and all policies must be directed towards the people and businesses.

(10) Open policies, smooth infrastructure, smart governance.

(11) Innovate the thinking in law-making, gradually improve professionalism and quality in law-making.

Previously, VSS issued the Official Letter No. 3515/BHXH-PC dated October 4th, 2024 guiding units and local social security offices in response to Vietnam Law Day for the year 2024, with the goal of strongly spreading the spirit of the law and raising awareness of law compliance among all civil servants and public employees of VSS as well as the social community./.
