The officials from the Information and Communication Division of Tuyen Quang Social Security Office is assisting foreign workers in installing and using the VssID - digital Social Insurance application

After receiving support in installing and using the VssID - Social Insurance application, Ms. Deavine Aprille Cardente Tortola expressed her delight and stated that the VssID - Social Insurance application is very convenient. It allows her to receive medical treatment without carrying the paper health insurance card. Additionally, she can track her participation in the social insurance scheme. Moreover, the application is available in English, which makes it convenient for foreign users.

Similarly, after installing the VssID application, Mr. Edrolan Anderles Pevida, a teacher, shared his positive experience. He mentioned that the VssID application brings many benefits to users, such as retrieving useful information about the medical treatment process, checking the amount of money received when seeking medical care, monitoring participation in social insurance, and especially a digitized health insurance card is convenient for medical visits.

Currently, with the VssID - Social Insurance application, participants in the social, health, and unemployment insurance schemes can track their participation, enjoy policy benefits, and self-monitor and protect their welfare rights directly on their smartphones. The five prominent features of the VssID - Social Insurance application are:

- Using for medical treatment instead of the paper health insurance card.

- Checking the participation history and remaining contribution time to the social insurance scheme.

- Checking the amount of money received for medical treatment.

- Reissuing a health insurance card and obtaining the social insurance number online without visiting the social security office.

- Calculating and transparently displaying the amount received under various insurance schemes.

In the future, the Tuyen Quang Social Security Office will continue to actively support participants in the social and health insurance schemes in installing and using the VssID - Social Insurance application. This aims to achieve the targets set by the Vietnam Social Security and promote the application of digital technology in implementing the core tasks of the Vietnam Social Security.
