The plan is aimed at effectively implementing tasks and solutions set by the Secretariat on enhancing and improving the efficiency of Party leadership in law dissemination and education, raising public awareness of officials and people of abiding by the law.

It also targets to ensure the rights to be informed about laws for citizens, improve the quality and efficiency in law dissemination and education of the social insurance sector and create a positive change in the awareness of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance participants.

The VSS required relevant agencies to resolutely and fully adopt Party policies and regulations on law dissemination and education, strengthen the responsibility of leaders of relevant agencies in directing and implementing tasks and improve the efficiency of their cooperation.

Law dissemination and education activities should be closely connected with political tasks and law building and enforcement as well as with activities held to support, consult and provide information for organisations and individuals joining and benefiting from social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies in order to ensure social security.

The VSS also asked them to enhance the application of information technology, boost digital transformation and diversify forms of law dissemination and education./.
