Urgently guide the procedure to settle the Social Insurance benefit for employees with COVID-19 (Illustration)

Deputy Prime Minister required Ministry of Health urgently guide on the letters of confirmation of eligibility to receive social insurance benefits for employees with COVID-19 based on Law on Social Insurance, Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, suggestion of delegates at the meeting to strictly ensure, not to take advantage of policy.

Regarding to the benefits for medical workers, Deputy Prime Minister required Ministry of Health to acquire Ministries’ suggestions to urgently complete and submit to the Government for the Decree amending and supplementing the Decree No 56/2011/NĐ-CP dated 04 July 2011 of the Government on prescribing the occupation-specific preferential allowance applicable to civil servants and public employees at public health facilities.

Regarding the regime for village health workers, the Ministry of Health directly works with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam to unify the content and form of the document.
