According to Working Program of the 2nd Session of the 15th NA on Oct 27th , NA continued to discussing online specific mechanisms, policy of 4 localities and the implementation of policy, social insurance regimes, management and usage of social, health insurance fund in 2020.

In the morning session, NA discussed draft Resolution on a number of specific mechanism, policies on developing Hai Phong, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hue City. Next, Minister of Planning and Investment presented, explained, and clarified a number of issues mentioned by NA’s deputies.
In the afternoon session, NA continued to discussing online pocily implementation, social insurance regimes, management, and usage of social insurance fund in 2020. Management and usage of health insurance fund in 2020 and implementation of Resolution No. 68/2013/QH13 on promoting the implementation of policy, law on health insurance, towards universal health insurance in 2 years 2019-2020.
After that, Minister of MOLISA, Minister of MOH explained, clarified a number of issues mentioned by NA.
