Accordingly, under Resolution No 387/NQ-UBTVQH15 on Sept 22^nd 2021 of the 15^th NA Standing Committee on establishing Tu Son city of Bac Ninh Province; under Government’s Decree No. 89/2020/NĐ-CP on Aug 4^th 2020 on stipulating functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of VSS; according to the suggestion of Director of Personnel and Organization Department, VSS’ General Director decided: Establishing Tu Son Social Security Office on the basis of that Social Security of Tu Son Commune directly under Bac Ninh Social Security Office.

Tu Son Social Security Office has its own legal status, seal, account and head office in Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province.

According to Resolution No. 387/NQ-UBTVQH15 on Sept 22^nd 2021 of the 15^th NA Standing Committee, Tu Son city is etablished on the basis of 61.08 km2 and 202,874 people. Tu Son city has 12 wards; bordering with Tien Du district, Yen Phong district and Hanoi.
