On November 25, 2024, Vietnam Social Security issued Plan No. 4394/KH-BHXH to implement Decision No. 1198/QĐ-TTg dated October 13, 2023, by the Prime Minister, outlining the plan on enforcing the Law on E-Transactions in Vietnam Social Security industry. The plan aims to define the tasks’ content, deadlines, completion timelines, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among units to ensure timely, synchronized, consistent, and effective implementation of Decision No. 1198/QĐ-TTg.
