According to the report of VSS, by April 2025, VSS has connected and shared data between the National Insurance Database and the National Population Database. As of April 5, 2025, the entire VSS has successfully authenticated more than 100.2 million citizen information, about 90.5 million social, health and unemployment participants and beneficiaries, accounting for 98.8% of the total number of participants (excluding armed forces and military dependents) with the National Population Database.

In the healthcare sector, 100% of health insurance medical facilities developed health insurance medical examination and treatment using Citizen Identification Cards (CICs) with chips (allowing insurance card information to be looked up by personal identification number or CICs). As of April 15, 2025, more than 207 million turns of successful verification of insurance card information was conducted using personal identification numbers or CICs.

VSS is also proactive in integrating and providing online public services. Notably, it has provided services such as integrated birth registration - permanent residence registration - issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old; integrated death registration - deletion of permanent residence registration - settlement of funeral expenses and survivor benefits. As of April 15, 2025, VSS has processed 1,696,378 records related to these procedures. VSS also coordinated the implementation of the public service for unemployment benefit applications on the National Public Service Portal from April 12, 2022. The VSS system has received and provided unemployment insurance contribution records for 787,863 cases as of April 15, 2025.

VSS has issued a list of 70 full-process online public services and has provided 100% of these services on the Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal and integrated into the National Public Service Portal, exceeding 20% ​​of the target under Directive No. 04/CT-TTg, which aims to promote administrative reform, enhance public service delivery, and accelerate the digital transformation of public administration.

Regarding the promotion of non-cash payment for social and health insurance benefits, during the April 2025 period, 79.8% of the total number of pensioners and monthly social insurance beneficiaries received payments via personal accounts nationwide. In urban areas, this rate is approximately 80%, exceeding the Prime Minister's target by 20%.

Regarding integrating information with the VNeID application, VSS has successfully coordinated to provide social insurance book information to the VNeID application, with more than 38.8 million successful queries to date. The VssID application has also been upgraded to integrate VNeID accounts, with more than 21.3 million users to log in.

These results demonstrate the great efforts and determination of VSS in implementing Project 06, contributing significantly to the national digital transformation process, and bringing many practical benefits to people and businesses.
