Two new administrative procedures on labor and wages to be announced

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Decision No. 338/QD-LDTBXH dated March 17th, 2021 announcing new administrative procedures that have been issued, amended, supplemented and abolished in the field of labor and wages.
Accordingly, two new provincial administrative procedures have been issued, including the establishment of the Collective Bargaining Council and the new Chairman of the Collective Bargaining Council.
At the same time, two abolised procedures in the field of labor and wages are sending the enterprise-level collective labor agreement and sending the salary scale, payroll and labor norms of the enterprise according to the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code.

In addition, the Decision also amends and supplements 06 procedures in the field of labor and wages, including the registration of the labor regulations of the enterprise and the labor sublease operation licenses; extending, re-issuing, and revoking the labor sublease operation licenses; withdrawal of deposit from the labor leasing enterprise.
In which, the registration of the labor regulations of the enterprise is amended and supplemented in terms of the composition of the dossier, including:
- A written request for registration of the enterprise's labor regulations;
- The labor regulations;
- A written opinion of the organization representing the employees at the agency where there is the organization representing the employees;
- Documents of the employer that have provisions related to labor discipline and material responsibility (if any).
This Decision takes effect from March 17, 2021./.
