More than 840,000 dossiers settled online on the National Public Service Portal

According to the Administrative Procedures Control Agency (APCA), by the end of February 2021, National e-Doc Exchange Platform has connected, linked, and received documents between over 95/95 central and local agencies with more than 4,4 million sent and received e-documents.

The National Public Service Portal has integrated and provided more than 2,800 online public services in which many services caught the attention of people and business such as: registration, license plate issuance, changing driver's license, issuing international driving licenses, new power supply from the low voltage grid, changing contract owner for power sale, re-issuing, changing or amending information on social insurance books, health insurance cards; issuing Post -certificates of origin ( C/ O), promotion activities registration,etc.

Up to now, there are about 112 million accesses, nearly 452,000 registered accounts, more than 34 million status synchronized documents and over 840,000 dossiers done online on the National Public Service Portal. The portal also received and supported over 50,000 calls and more than 10,000 feedbacks and petitions.

 The service information system for meetings and handling of Government workloads (E- Cabinet) has served 27 meetings of the Government and processed 674 opinion forms instead of issuing, printing and copying more than 248,000 sets of documents.

The National Reporting Information System, the Center for Information and Directions from the Government and Prime Minister have been connected with the Reporting Information System of 14 ministries, agencies and 37 provinces. To interact and regulate online through the data network system of the Ministry of National Defense, the specialized network and internet with 57 sites at the ministries, branches and localities with 32 cameras connected to monitor hydroelectric dams.

The National Reporting Information System, the Center for Information and Directions from the Government and Prime Minister have updated over 280 indicators of information on the System, and coordinated with ministries in providing data on 105/200 socio-economic indicators in service of direction and administration by the Government and Prime Minister. Besides, developing and supplying infographic publications on socio-economic situation for the regular Government meeting and providing daily newsletters for the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister are well arranged together with coordinating with 63/63 provinces to provide online data for 8 socio-economic indicators monthly.

To build and develop e-Government, e-Government foundation information systems serving the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister, state management activities of ministries, sectors, localities and online public service provision for people, businesses have initially brought about numerous positive results, creating a modern, professional and transparent working environment as well as reducing processing time and increasing work efficiency.
