The Resolution sets out 10 groups of major tasks and solutions to implement the Socio-Economic Development Plan and State Budget Estimation in 2020, including: Continuing to build and complete the legal system towards synchronization, modernity and integration, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness, meeting the requirements of innovation and development; Strict law enforcement organization; Strengthening macro-economic foundation, controlling inflation, ensuring large balances, creating a foundation for rapid and sustainable development; promoting restructuring of the economy associated with renewing the growth model, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness in a substantive and more effective way; Mobilizing and effectively using resources, promoting the construction of infrastructure systems, promoting the role of key economic regions and big cities; Focusing on improving the quality of resources associated with innovation and development, application of modern science and technology, meeting the needs of the market in large numbers, reasonable industry structure and appropriate mechanisms to attract and respect talents.
