How are the subjects, resolving authorities, and applicable cases regulated for the administrative procedure 'Merging social insurance books when a person has two or more books'?
Based on point 1.7, clause 1, Section I of the Appendix accompanying Decision No. 896/QD-BHXH of the Director-General of Vietnam Social Security:
• Subjects performing the administrative procedure:
+ Organization: Merging social insurance books when a person has two or more books (through the employer).
+ Individuals: Merging social insurance books when a person has two or more books, and the individual directly submits the file.
• The resolving authority for the administrative procedure 'Merging social insurance books when a person has two or more books' is the provincial/district Social Security agency.
• Applicable cases for 'Merging social insurance books when a person has two or more books' are employees with 02 or more social insurance books with overlapping or different contribution periods.
