Pilot process in paying for funeral allowance following inter-connected administrative procedures
Vietnam Social Security issued Decision No 3504/QĐ-BHXH on November 21 regarding the pilot process to pay for funeral allowance following inter-connected administrative procedures of death registration, deletion of permanent residence registration and funeral allowance via the national public service portal. The decision was made following the Prime Minister's Decision No 6/QĐ-TTg, dated January 6, 2022.

Health insurance fund plays key role in ensuring finance for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Vietnam
The Ministry of Health organised a conference reviewing 10 years of implementing the master plan to ensure finance for HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities in Vietnam to evaluate and acknowledge achievements gained during the period. It is also aimed at mobilising the Government, ministries, sectors and localities to continue investment in HIV/AIDS prevention and control and discuss measures to ensure finance to put an end to the AIDS epidemic by 2030.

Honoring 103 typical enterprises in the South in implementation of policies and laws on social, health and unemployment insurance
On November 7, in Ho Chi Minh City, under the chairmanship of General Director Nguyen The Manh, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) held the first ceremony to honor 103 typical enterprises in implementing the policy of social and health insurance (period 2017-2021) in the South region. This is an event following the success of the Ceremony, previously held in Ninh Binh province, which honors 87 typical enterprises in implementing social and health insurance policies in the North.
