VssID version 1.5.5: More useful features

In order to continue to create convenience for people when registering, installing and using VssID - the digital social insurance application, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) has just upgraded the app to version 1.5.5, adding a number of features and enhancing performance and user experience, as well as bug fixes for the previous version.

- Add OTP codes when submitting the registration form
- Add some notes when registering an account
- Add "User Guide" in the "Help" section
- Verify citizen information with the National Population Database in case of account registration declaration using ID number.
Specifically, VssID's version 1.5.5 has added the following features: Enter OTP when submitting the registration declaration; some notes when registering an account; add “User Guide” in the “Help” section; verify citizen information with the National Population Database in case of declaration and registration of accounts using ID numbers; Fix previous version's errors.
