It was reported from the representative of the Department of Emulation and Reward that the 5th Vietnam Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Social Insurance Industry was held to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movements since the Fourth Congress (2015) and set out directions and tasks to promote the emulation movement and commendation in the following years.

Besides, to praise the achievements and honor the outstanding collectives; as well as individuals who are National Emulation Warriors, Emulation Soldiers of the social insurance industry, advanced examples who have outstanding achievements in the emulation movements of the Industry. Thereby, arouse, cheer, encourage and promot the great strength of collectives and individuals with positiveness and creativeness and whom are determined to successfully accomplished the assigned targets and tasks.

The Congress also contributes to popularize lessons about organizing emulation movement and reward; experiences in building and scaling up advanced examples; as well as overcoming the shortcomings and limitations to continue renewing the emulation and commendation to acquire high efficiency in the future.

According to the plan, until the Congress, the whole sector will promote the propaganda of President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation; Party’s guidelines and State’s policies and laws on emulation and commendation. On that basis, the press agencies in the Industry will focus on promoting propaganda on the Congress, the achievements of the movement; especially expand various forms of propaganda to praise advanced examples, new elements, examples of good people and good deeds with a view to creating a lively atmosphere to welcome major holidays in 2020.

In addition, it also contributes to providing thorough understanding to all civil servants, officials, employees in the agencies and units on a well-performed emulation movement with practical content, which is especially followed by "Promoting studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style".

It is expected that the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Social Insurance Industry will be held in Hanoi in August 2020. There will be leaders of the Party and the State; representatives of a number of ministries and branches and 500 delegates who are the heads of the industry and representatives of typical collectives and individuals in the whole industry./.
