Comprehensively renovating the contents, forms and methods of social insurance propaganda

On November 21st, 2019, the Government issued Decision No. 1676 / QĐ-TTg promulgating the Project on comprehensive renovation of contents, forms and methods of social insurance propagation towards all officials, party members and people in order to drastically change in awareness, thereby creating a consensus in the process of developing and implementing social insurance policies.

The roadmap for implementing the Project is divided into 02 phases:

In the period of 2020-2025: Promote propaganda to complete the targets of developing social insurance participants of Resolution No. 28-NQ / TW; create social consensus in the process of amending and completing the legal system of social insurance.

In the period of 2026-2030: Promote propaganda to complete the targets of developing social insurance participants of Resolution No. 28-NQ / TW; focus on propagating new policies on social insurance so that all target groups fully understand the advantages and benefits when participating in social insurance.

The project aims to comprehensively renovate the contents, forms and methods of propagation towards all cadres, party members and people who understand the benefits, roles, meanings and contents of social insurance policy reforms in order to drastically change the awareness, thereby creating a consensus in the process of developing and implementing social insurance policies, towards the universal social insurance.

By 2025, we strive for a goal that 100% of cadres, party members and employees will be propagated about the reformed contents of social insurance policies. By 2030, the goal is that 100% of cadres, party members and employees to propagate and disseminate the contents of the new social insurance policy.

Regarding the content of propaganda, the goal is that by 2025, 100% of the content of propaganda in accordance with the orientation of social insurance policy reform in each period. In terms of propaganda, modern forms of propaganda will be strengthened based on technology (social networks; short films, etc.).

Regarding the propaganda method, we aim to harmoniously combine the form of regular propaganda with the form of campaign propaganda, as well as to prioritize propaganda by campaign in the period of institutionalization of social insurance policy reform issues./.
