VSS conducts a survey on the satisfaction of organizations and individuals with its services in 2025

From October 1, to November 15, 2025, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) has conducted a survey to assess the satisfaction of organizations and individuals regarding its support and consultation services via the Hotline 1900.9068, the VSS Electronic Portal, Fanpage, Zalo, and email lienhe@vss.gov.vn.
This activity is part of a series of surveys and assessments on the customer satisfaction with the services provided by the social security offices, implemented consistently from the central to local levels under VSS plan, alongside other surveys and evaluations at one-stop shops; contribution collection services; Social Insurance (SI) and Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefit payment services; HI examination and treatment facilities; and ongoing electronic transactions.

The survey aims to objectively assess the quality of support, consultation, and response via VSS’s support channels, serving as a basis to gradually improve the service quality through these channels.
Participants are individuals or representatives who have contacted VSS through its support, consultation, and response channels at central level. VSS commits to ensuring the confidentiality of personal and organizational information provided during the survey process.
VSS highly appreciates the feedback from organizations and individuals regarding its provided services. The evaluations and feedbacks received through the survey will serve as an important practical basis for VSS to continue innovating and further improving the quality of its support and consultation services, thereby better meeting the satisfaction of participants and beneficiaries.
