- Urgently review and examine the situation of buying and selling SI books in the locality according to the information reported by the press.

- Thoroughly implement legal provisions and policies on SI, professional procedures and VSS’s direction.

- Detect signs of fraud related to the buying and selling SI books.

- To propose with Provincial People’s Committee to direct the competent authorities to cooperate with local social security offices in timely preventing violations of buying and selling SI books; investigating and strictly addressing any violations.

- To actively coordinate with relevant agencies to raise employees’ awareness on risks and consequences of the buying and selling SI books, in order to prevent them from being incited to sell SI books and to detect and timely report violations.

- To review and compile a list of social media links (Facebook) created for buying and collecting workers’ SI books and request Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security) on supporting to handle and prevent such activities on Internet.
