Mass media, the internet, and social media platforms will be fully used. The campaign will be taken place during the second and third weeks of May 2025 to promote voluntary social insurance (SI) and household health insurance (HI) enrollment.

Additionally, regular activities such as conferences, dialogues, direct consultations, and the hotline 19009068, local social security office hotlines at all levels, administrative service centers, and employment service centers will be organized. Communication activities will also be included in Workers' Month and the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene at the local level.

Mobile consultation booths, brochures, and leaflets will further enhance communication effectiveness. Besides, digital media forms such as video clips, reports, infographics, motion graphics, and QR codes will be actively promoted on social media platforms and mobile apps.

Provincial social security offices are especially encouraged to produce creative communication products toward specific target groups. It is important to replicate effective communication models and innovative initiatives that promote voluntary SI and household HI participation.

Customer Advocacy and Services Department of VSS is assiged to guide and coordinate with local social security offices to implement the campaign flexibly and effectively in alignment with local conditions.

Through intensive communication efforts, VSS aims to raise public awareness and responsibility regarding SI and HI participation to expand of social security coverage and moving steadily toward the goal of sustainable universal coverage.
