Social Security Science Institute asked to absorb comments to ensure highly-feasible scientific tasks

General Director of Viet Nam Social Security Nguyen The Manh has ordered the Institute of Social Security Science to absorb comments of members of Viet Nam Social Security’s Science Council to review content, scope, and research methods to ensure that science and technology tasks this year are highly feasible.
Manh’s order was made at a meeting on consulting and determining the list of science and technology tasks this year that was held by Viet Nam Social Security on February 8 in Ha Noi.
The meeting was attended by Deputy General Director of Viet Nam Social Security Nguyen Duc Hoa and members of the council.
Manh, chairman of the council, highly appreciated the necessity and practicality of the proposed tasks at the meeting.
He applauded the ideas of scientific tasks proposed by units and Viet Nam Social Security’s branches in provinces and cities.

He said that the requirements of scientific tasks are new, creative and practical.
He thus requested the members of the council to discuss and evaluate each science and technology task of this year.
He also suggested that the science and technology tasks of this year should be new and not overlap with current tasks. Besides, the science and technology tasks of this year must be suitable and feasible to implement, he said.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy General Director of Viet Nam Social Security Nguyen Duc Hoa requested relevant units to carefully review the research object, research content, and especially the results of each task.
The units and Viet Nam Social Security’s branches have to carefully research then propose, contributing to lengthening the scientific tasks of the social insurance sector this year, he said.
Nguyen Vinh Quang, director of the institute presented the proposed list of science and technology tasks this year.
Accordingly, 15 ministerial-level tasks and 14 grassroots-level tasks had been proposed, he said.
Most of the tasks have met the research requirements, he said.
Also at the meeting, members of the council made comments on tasks at both ministerial and grassroots levels./
