The implementation of health insurance policies ensures timely service for healthcare activities, caring for and protecting people's health. At the same time, synchronized solutions are implemented to effectively control the Health Insurance Fund, ensuring proper and sufficient spending while guaranteeing the rights of participants.

Inspection, examination, and auditing work are flexibly deployed and suitable for actual developments and situations. The focus is on innovating methods and ways of inspection, examination, and auditing based on reviewing the database system of the industry's business software to identify violations, abuses of regimes, policies, and financial management risks in managing the social, health, and unemployment insurance fund.

Financial management, asset management, and accounting work are carried out in accordance with the law and the Prime Minister's decisions on financial management mechanisms for the social insurance industry. The use of public funds is transparent, efficient, and objective, ensuring savings while effectively managing the social fund, health fund, and unemployment insurance fund, and developing participants in these programs.

Communication work continues to be renewed in terms of content, methods, and diversity, being flexible and appropriate. It effectively combines traditional communication methods with new ones, promoting extensive communication on the meaning, value, and benefits of participating in and receiving social and health insurance policies.

The reform of administrative procedures is always prioritized and strengthened, with regular review and simplification of procedures, documents, forms, records, and implementation times, applying digital technology effectively and modifying administrative procedures based on connecting and sharing information between databases to reduce costs and maximize convenience for citizens and businesses when transacting with social security agencies.
