According to Article 5 of Decree 45/2020/ND-CP on implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment, organizations and individuals with requests for the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment are entitled to:

a. Receive support during the process of implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

b. Look up, monitor, download the entire electronic records of successfully submitted administrative procedures from the National Public Service Portal, provincial-level and district-level Public Service Portals, and electronic results of resolved electronic administrative procedures.

c. Safely store and archive electronic records, documents, results of administrative procedure resolution, as stipulated by the law.

d. Request the competent authority to confirm in writing the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment to serve other related activities within the scope defined by the law. The request and confirmation must comply with the regulations on access to information.

e. Request the competent authority to share information, data as the result of resolving electronic administrative procedures with other agencies to serve the legitimate interests of the organization, individual.

f. Be recognized the results of resolved electronic administrative procedures and the signed electronic records of the competent authority, organization, individual according to the regulations of the law in electronic transactions.

g. Exercise the rights as prescribed in the Law on E-transactions, the Law on Information Technology, and documents guiding the Law, and perform the rights and responsibilities stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018 of the Government on implementing the one-stop-shop mechanism and connected one-stop-shop in resolving administrative procedures.
