General Director Nguyen The Manh evaluated that in 2022, the entire VSS sector continued to achieve important and comprehensive results in all fields amidst many difficulties and challenges. The significant contributions to these results were thanks to the tremendous efforts of female officials (who accounted for over 50% of the sector's workforce). Female civil servants, officials, and workers in the sector have always been united, dynamic, creative, and actively responsive to emulation movements in various areas of work.

Manh believes and hopes that in 2023, female civil servants, officials, and workers in the sector will continue to make significant contributions to the development of each unit and the sector as a whole, better promote emulation movements, and together with the entire sector, accomplish assigned targets and tasks.

Overview of the meeting

At the meeting, the Emulation and Commendation Council evaluated, classified, and voted on the emulation titles and commendation forms for the VSS sector in 2022.

Manh evaluated that the emulation movements of the sector in 2022 had spread widely and brought about practical results, contributing to exceeding assigned targets and tasks. Through monitoring, synthesis, and proposals from affiliated units and local social security agencies, the sector's Emulation and Commendation Council took the necessary steps to evaluate, propose, and award appropriate emulation titles and commendation forms.
