The emulation object: The whole of VSS indutry’s cadres.

Emulation time: From Oct 20^th to Dec 31^st 2022Target: Complete the targets, missions and key working programme 2022, contributing to successfully implement VSS’ political mission assigned in 2022 by Government, Prime Minister. Especially,  qualitative target has been completed: number of people participating social insurance is 19,046 million, accounting for 37.7% of labor force at the labor age; number of people participating unemployment insurance is  15,120 million, accounting for 30% of labor force at the labor age, number of people participating health insurance is 91,052 million, accounting for 92% of health insurance participants.

Emulation content: The whole industry continues to enhance national patriotic emulation of Viet Nam Social Security in 2022 promoted by VSS’ General Director according to Official Letter No 58/BHXH-TDKT dated on Jan 7^th 2022 with the theme “Viet Nam Social Security’s Civil servants and labors unite, determine and force to act creatively, be flexible and creative to emulate on completing assigned mission of 2022” in which the forces are concentrated to implement the missions on collection working and social, health, unemployment insurance participant expanse; implement social insurance and health insurance benefits payment; tightly manage to pay short-time and one-time payment social insurance benefits, unemployment insurance payment; strengthen to control payment on  health insurance examination and treatment; strengthen inspectorate working; renew the content, form, method of promotion; enhance the disciplines, administrative law, finance; bring into play the leader’s role and responsibility; assign tasks to suitable people to have good result coupled with inspecting, supervising and commend or handle violations, create favorable condition for units, enterprises and People.

VSS General Director assigned Department of Emulation and Commendation to watch for, speed up, synthesize and report the result of emulation movement and cooperate with related units to evaluate, grade and rate the complement of the task in 2022; select the outstanding individual, group in 2022 to propose to VSS Emulation – Commendation, VSS’ General director commends and rewards.
