To guide to change, update phone number, email address for account of VssID-Digital Social Insurance application

Nowadays, in the process of using VssID-Digital Social Insurance application (provided by VSS), based on different reasons, many users would like to update, change information of phone number, email address.
Accordingly, VSS has guideline to help VssID users proactively and conveniently change the information above, as following:
Step 1: To access to VSS public service portal at http://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn. The users select “Login”, continue to select “Personal”, after that, enter the VssID account to login.
Step 2: After successful longlining, users select “Account information”. At this part, users can update or change information of phone number, email address by selecting pencil icon.
Step 3: After completing information of phone number, email address at corresponding part, users continue to enter the verification code and select “Confirm”, to enter One-time password (OTP) that will be sent to registered email (or updated email), select “Confirm” to finish the progress of information’s updating and changing
